Review participation and feedback in your Host report to help plan the next night.
Your staff stay in control and start each activity when the room is ready.
A SIMPLE SETUP
Your staff host. The screen brings everyone together.
Host
Operate the running order and games from a phone or laptop. Choose what happens next.
Shared screen
Show the join code, questions and results on a TV, projector or laptop display.
Guests
Scan the QR and join connected games on their phones. The shared screen brings the reveals.
Internet access is required. Check your screen connection before the event. Selected Table Mode games can run around one shared phone; connected games need guest phones.
See how the big screen works →Start with a night that fits your venue.
The weekday quiz
Give your pub or bar a shared focus: your questions, guest phones and a leaderboard on the big screen.
The Friday warm-up
Start with a few shared games before the main event. Your staff choose when to move on.
The private booking
Bring birthdays and celebrations together with quizzes, group games and a winner reveal.
Around the table
Use one shared phone for selected Table Mode games: Who’s Next?, Would They Rather and DMCs.
PARTY PRO
Party Pro, built around the night.
A fuller game selection, saved quizzes and a running order you control. Bring it together on the Presenter screen, then review participation and feedback in your Host report.
Pro access uses the passes or access available to your account. Tell us about your venue to discuss a suitable setup. The participant limit applies to each connected party, not total venue capacity; this is not an unlimited venue licence.

The practical questions.
What equipment do we need?
Use a phone or laptop for the Host controls and a TV, projector or laptop display for the shared screen. Internet access is required. Check your screen connection before the event.
Does someone from our team need to host?
Yes. Your staff choose the running order, start activities and set the pace. IRL Party handles supported game screens, guest answers and quiz scoring; it does not run a scheduled night automatically.
Do guests need their own phones?
Guests use their phones for connected games. Selected Table Mode games—Who’s Next?, Would They Rather and DMCs—can use one shared phone around a table. Table Mode does not make every game phone-free.
How many people can take part?
A Pro party supports up to 64 connected participants, with no Pro session time limit. That is the connected party limit, not your venue’s total capacity or an unlimited venue licence.
What does it cost for a venue?
We’ll discuss your venue and intended use. This form is an enquiry, not a purchase. Pro access uses the passes or access available to your account.
