IRL PARTY
WHY IRL PARTY?

Software that
runs the night.

Plan it. Put it on the big screen. Bring everyone in. Keep the games moving. Remember it afterwards.

One partyOne place to joinA whole evening of possibilities
THE INVITATIONS WERE THE EASY PART

You invited everyone.
Now you’re also the DJ.

And the quizmaster, tech support, games host and person deciding what happens next. A good night can turn into a lot of little jobs.

You switch from a music app to a video, find the quiz link, explain the rules, then hunt for the message with the plan. Every change asks you to get the room’s attention again.

Give the night somewhere to run.

IRL Party brings the running order, shared screen, games and guest participation into one browser-based party. Keep one Host interface open and move between moments when the room is ready.

ONE PARTY. THREE SURFACES.

Everyone has their place.

The Host holds the remote

Start and switch activities, manage players, launch questions, run prize moments and choose what comes next from a phone, tablet or laptop.

The screen holds the show

A TV, projector or laptop becomes the shared stage: join QR, questions, wheels, results, celebrations and the running order.

The guests bring it to life

Join from a phone to answer, vote and contribute in supported activities. Or watch the reveal and cheer someone on.

Phones are controllers. The party is in the room.

START SMALL. MAKE A NIGHT OF IT.

Two at a table.
Friends around a screen.

One phone is enough to start

A date, dinner, pre-drinks or waiting for food: Table Mode lets you share one device for Who’s Next?, Would They Rather and DMCs. Add the players and pass the phone when needed.

Give the room a shared stage

For a birthday, house party, work social or quiz night, put IRL Party on a larger screen. Guests scan the join QR once and stay in the party as the Host changes activities.

Use an internet connection. Connected activities need guest phones; Table Mode uses one shared device. Choose prompts that suit your group and let people pass.

AN EVENING, IN MOMENTS

A quiz fills a moment.
What about the rest?

Here’s one way your night could unfold. These are ideas for a running order—you decide when to move on.

  1. 18:30
    Arrivals

    Bring everyone in

Put the welcome screen, join QR and Tonight running order on the TV. Guests arrive, scan and find their place.

  2. 19:00
    Connect

    Break the ice

Spin Who’s Next? or try Would They Rather. Give the room something to laugh about before everyone knows everyone.

  3. 20:00
    Compete

    Make it a quiz night

Bring your own questions. Guests answer from their phones; scoring and the leaderboard give each round its reveal.

  4. 21:00
    Unwind

    Find the room’s rhythm

Leave space for music and conversation. Friends can shape a shared soundtrack in their music app while you plan the next moment.

  5. 22:00
    Celebrate

    Give someone the spotlight

Name a prize, spin the wheel and reveal the winner. You bring the prize; the screen brings the suspense.

  6. Later
    Keep going

    Follow the room

Food, speeches, another game? Add real-world moments to the running order and start each one when you’re ready. Connected guests stay in the same party.

  7. After
    Remember

Keep a little of the night

Wrap up with shared memories, guest feedback and a private Host report. See what people played and what they enjoyed.

A different gear
for every part of the night.

Break the ice

Who’s Next?, DMCs and Would They Rather turn a prompt into a conversation in the room.

Compete

Party Quiz brings timed questions, scores and leaderboards. Challenge and versus games add a different kind of contest.

Take the spotlight

Wheels, winner reveals and Win a Prize give the Host a ready-made gameshow moment.

Create together

All Together gives guests a shared wall for contributions, drawings and photos.

Keep things moving

Tonight puts activities and your own moments into a running order. The Host chooses what happens next.

Finish well

After Party Wrap Up, feedback and Party Reports help you remember the night and plan the next one.

YOU GET TO BE THERE, TOO

Hosting shouldn’t mean
operating all night.

Guests submit their own answers. The shared screen updates as the game moves on. Quiz scores add up automatically. A wheel can choose the next person, and the report retains the party’s activity.

You still set the pace. But you don’t have to collect every answer, count every score or explain a new joining link for every game.

PARTY PRO PASS

Give the night
more room.

Party Pro is for Hosts who want to keep going: longer sessions, more participants and a fuller set of experiences around the same Host controls.

More of the evening

Beta Pro removes the trial’s time limit and supports up to 64 players. Move between games, your running order and real-world moments without starting a fresh party.

More to bring together

Open up Pro experiences, shared wall media and supported video moments. Keep a richer record of participation, contributions and feedback in your Host report.

Pro access is currently available through party passes or beta access. Your account and party setup show the access available to you.

MUSIC & VIDEO MOMENTS

Let the room
influence the vibe.

Your friends can have a say without taking responsibility for the whole evening’s soundtrack. Choose a music setup that works for you, and leave room for a Host-selected video moment.

Spotify

Let friends shape the soundtrack

For a shared music queue, Spotify Jam lets friends contribute in Spotify. A Premium host starts the Jam. Open Spotify separately while you plan the rest of your night here.

Make room for a video moment

With Party Pro, The Box puts supported YouTube videos on the shared screen. The Host chooses what appears; guest requests need approval. Video availability and playback depend on YouTube and your browser.

A few things
you might be wondering.

Why not just use Kahoot?

Kahoot is a useful choice for quizzes and live learning. IRL Party connects your quiz with other moments: choosing the next activity, spinning for a person, showing the running order and wrapping up the evening.

Why not just use Spotify Jam?

Spotify Jam handles a collaborative music queue. IRL Party helps with the wider evening: games, a shared screen, a running order and memories. You can open Jam separately in Spotify.

Why not Jackbox?

Jackbox offers packaged party games controlled from phones. IRL Party gives the Host a place to move between different kinds of activity, including real-world moments such as food and speeches.

Do all my guests need their phones?

No. Table Mode runs Who’s Next?, Would They Rather and DMCs from one shared phone. In connected games, participating guests join from their own phones by QR.

Do I need a TV?

No. Try Table Mode on one phone. For a shared-stage experience, use a TV, projector or laptop display with an internet connection.

Does the schedule change games automatically?

You stay in control. The running order shows what is happening and what comes next; the Host starts each activity when the room is ready.
